Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Socorrista (Lifeguard) role based at Clubs Eurofitness in Barcelona. The Socorrista is responsible for monitoring swimming pools and aquatic areas to ensure the safety and well-being of all users, intervening promptly and appropriately in case of incidents or emergencies. Daily tasks include supervising pool activities, enforcing safety and hygiene rules, performing water rescues and first aid when needed, and maintaining a clear and organized pool environment. The role also involves checking safety equipment, reporting any risks or maintenance issues, supporting the coordination of aquatic activities, and providing courteous assistance and information to members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Valid lifeguard certification recognized in Spain, including up-to-date first aid and CPR training.
