Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility
¬making outbound calls on repossessed accounts
¬receiving inbound redemption calls
¬making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
¬identifying accounts that require management review
¬providing outstanding customer service
¬maintaining required standards set by the department
¬adherence to company policies and procedures
qualifications
¬high school diploma or equivalent
¬2 years of experience in customer service or related field
¬proficient with microsoft
¬bilingual
Salary and benefits:
¬$18,200 gross monthly base salary
¬bonus: up to $700 to 7,000 (based on objective/metrics)
(2% savings fund +1,400 food stamps + 20 days christmas bonus +private medical insurance (1 year and a half of seniority)
