Soft Service Executive

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Soft Services Executive to support and manage daily soft services operations across our facilities, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality. The ideal candidate must come from a strong Facilities Management background with experience handling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, and pest control services across assigned sites
• Monitor service staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure service quality and SLA compliance
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain operational standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for smooth service delivery
