Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Soft Skills & Product Trainer who will play a key role in developing high-performing agents. If you enjoy mentoring, coaching, and shaping future leaders in the BPO industry, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and tenured agents
• Deliver product knowledge and soft skills training aligned with account requirements
• Evaluate trainees through assessments, mock calls, and performance activities
• Provide coaching and action plans for trainees who need improvement
• Ensure trainees fully understand and embody 611 company rules, policies, and culture
• Collaborate with Operations and QA teams to identify training needs
• Monitor trainee progress and endorse qualified agents for deployment
