Lead the architecture of a sophisticated edge computing gateway solution operating on industrial hardware with ~15 Azure IoT Edge modules and locally running databases. The platform's defining challenge: offline-first operation — devices may run without internet connectivity for up to two years, demanding resilient local processing, durable storage, and controlled synchronisation upon reconnection.

Deployment scales from 300+ devices in 2026 to 2,000+ globally from 2028 , expanding across Europe, the US, and Asia.
