Software Asset Management Analyst

The Software Asset Management Analyst is global in scope and is dedicated to managing all infrastructure, end user, and data center software assets. The mandate for this exciting role will focus on the end-to-end lifecycle management of software assets from acquisition to retirement. The analyst will ensure that critical software asset details are accurately discovered and populated in the ServiceNow Asset Management Database (AMDB), effectively tracked, re-harvested, and all licensing terms and conditions are followed including covering end user, data center and virtual environments.

The candidate will be signing on a permanent, full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management
• With working knowledge of software licensing models
