Software Asset Management Analyst

The **_Software Asset Management Analyst_** is global in scope and is dedicated to managing all infrastructure, end user, and data center software assets. The mandate for this exciting role will focus on the end-to-end lifecycle management of software assets from acquisition to retirement. The analyst will ensure that critical software asset details are accurately discovered and populated in the ServiceNow Asset Management Database (AMDB), effectively tracked, re-harvested, and all licensing terms and conditions are followed including covering end user, data center and virtual environments.
