Software Designer

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Applying user-centred design methods to ensure the users' needs, goals, and workflow are the focus of each software solution.
• Working collaboratively with the Development team to brainstorm and design innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Conducting user research, identifying pain points, developing personas and user workflows
• Defining user stories and writing design documents, such as architectural plans
• Using paper and/or functional prototypes to bring design concepts to life, and supporting iterative improvement of software usability.
• Joining and/or taking on the testing responsibility when needed to ensure the highest of quality and accuracy
• Helping the team interpret and understand users' feedback, and providing input for design decisions based on that feedback
