Software Developer and DevOps Admininistator

**Description**

SAIC is seeking a **Software Engineer/DevOps Administrator** to support expansion of the U.S. Army Asian Studies Detachment’s CITROS OSINT/DOMEX management system.

This work will be performed on site at Camp Zuma, Japan.

**The Software Engineer/DevOps Administrator will be responsible for:**

**Application Development:**

+ Design, implement, and maintain features across the platform using C#/.NET (Framework & Core) and Angular
+ Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with an emphasis on performance and scalability
+ Collaborate with team members on DTOs, APIs, and database interactions
+ Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices

**Database & Data Integration:**

+ Work with SQL Server and AWS RDS for schema design, optimization, and query performance
+ Implement stored procedures, views, and data access layers
