Job Description

You will play a crucial role in developing Data Lifecycle Tools to support data, metadata and knowledge management in operations. In this way, you actively contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS, driven by ZEISS Digital Partners. 
Given the ZEISS-wide and inter-disciplinary relevance of Data Lifecycle Management, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders from ZEISS business units and from ZEISS Digital Partners.
Your direct roles and responsibilities are:
You will build highly scalable technical solutions for the automated consolidation, processing and governance of large amounts of data - from conception to prototyping to operations (batch and streaming)
You will evaluate the latest trends and technologies, help shape our architecture decisions including the DevOps / DataOps processes and drive innovative solutions for data lifecycle management in the governance, analytics/machine learning context
