Software Developer

Job Overview

We’re looking for a hands‑on Software Developer to help modernize and scale our enterprise platform within a fast‑moving transport and logistics environment.

You’ll join an IT team of ~50 (dev team of 8) and play a key role in shifting our architecture toward API‑first, cloud‑native, and data‑driven solutions.

• Help drive a real modernization effort (not just maintenance)
• Work across applications, integrations, and data
• Influence architecture and tooling (including AI adoption)
• Strong mix of hands‑on development + technical leadership

Schedule

Mon‑Fri, 40 hours, hybrid

What you will do

• Build and support vendor & customer integrations (APIs, EDI, flat files)
• Develop worker services and data pipelines to move and transform data across systems
• Help migrate legacy integrations away from Microsoft BizTalk Server to modern solutions
