Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 
Knowledge of the software development life-cycle 
Proficiency in programming languages 
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
Creativity and problem-solving skills are a plus 
Good communication skill 
Experience with Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL, Crystal Report
