About the opportunity
The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with strong communication skills. He or she should have good technical knowledge in oracle SQL/PLSQL , Java and basic knowledge on payroll domain.
What you'll get to do
Provide client support for application and technical issue resolution via email, phone and ticketing tool (Service Now) for production application environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues.
Provide functional and technical solution to clients.
Excellent problem-solving capability, thinking, analytical ability and self-learner.
Perform as team player, timely analysis and problem solving.
Knowledge on Oracle SQL query writing (Any certification will add value)
Extensive knowledge in PLSQL
Basic understanding on Java.
Basic knowledge on payroll application.
Knowing Singapore statutory will add value
Willing to work in rotational shifts - including weekends.
