You'll work directly with the teams building and running GoBolt's logistics platform — helping identify where engineering quality can improve, where delivery pipelines have gaps, and where solid technical solutions unlock scale. Sometimes that means shipping new features. Sometimes it means improving how an existing workflow runs. Often, it means both.
