Software Developer/Architect with People Lead responsibilities

At the heart of everything we do is people, their well-being and our values. We are now looking for Software Developers or Software Architects who wish to expand their role to include a People Lead role.

You will be a part of Solita's Development unit's close-knit People Lead community. The unit is Solita's largest, consisting of approximately 500 software development professionals. In addition to supporting individuals, People Leads play a key role in ensuring that business goals, customer needs and team capabilities are aligned. One of the core tasks of People Leads is to proactively respond to changes that may affect customer delivery or business continuity. We are looking for People Leads primarily to our office locations in Helsinki, Tampere or Oulu.
