Software Developer(s) – Frontend / Backend / Full Stack

Permanent Register of Voters Application (ROVER) Upgrade Services and Development Team

Scope of Services

  • Design, develop and test the ROVER upgrade.




  • Develop test plans and test cases using the ROVER project artifacts.




  • Document the ROVER design and produce artifacts including Technical environment; Data structure; Business rules for registry updates; and Distinct processing steps to be used in each major component of registry maintenance.




  • Work with the ESK IT resources to transition the upgraded system to operations.




  • Potentially work to develop plans and deliver enhancements, once the base upgrade is complete.


    • Experience Requirements

    Developers should have a minimum of years' related experience

    Experience in .NET upgrade projects
