The DSP (Delivery Service Partner) team's mission is to underpin Amazon's transportation network, handling all delivery types with scalable, innovative, and low-cost operations. We exist in 18 countries, delivering >10B packages annually representing the majority of WW Amazon Logistics (AMZL) volume.
We empower our delivery vendors to build high quality, safe, and sustainable logistics companies. Our foundational tenets of building for global use and being multi-tenant technology requires us to think big and evolve at scale. We are continuously working on exceeding customer experience expectations, building on our mobile first strategy, and building highly evolvable systems across all domains of logistics life cycle, supporting the work of hundreds of other software developers at Amazon.
