Responsibilities:

+ Proactively identify pain points and needs of development and operations teams, and effectively communicate with senior management to drive service standardization and platform standardization.

+ Analyze and refine user pain points and demands, identify value needs, and promote the iteration and optimization of the operations platform.

+ Provide optimal solutions through user guidance and resource coordination for intended requirements, drive decision-making on solutions and track and control solution implementation.

+ Work closely with cross functional teams to translate high-level roadmap vision into feasible feature specifications and deliverables.

+ Design, develop, and optimize internal operations platforms, and be able to lead new projects from inception to delivery.
