We are seeking a

Software Development Manager

for our AI‑powered drafting product, Draft. This role is based in our Burnaby hub; you will be expected to work from the office at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with designer, product, and engineering managers to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and build a roadmap.

Design and deliver technical solutions and systems.

Provide thoughtful feedback on code reviews, architecture documents, and technical decisions.

Contribute code and ship features.

Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports to support career growth.

Participate in the hiring and team‑building process.
