Team management

Manage the product & software development team

Continue improving internal processes and ensure
employees work as a cohesive unit.

Manage all aspects
of the business's day to day functions
including but not limited
to administration, accounting, HR, sales and marketing as well as reporting.

Stakeholder / customer management

a.     
Engage with all stakeholders on their requirements
and manage their expectations.

Resolve application issues and bugs in a timeous
manner, whilst keeping customers informed.
