As a Backend Engineer in the Institutional product group, you will be responsible for developing the next generation of crypto-forward products and features, solving complex technical problems at scale, and building systems to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone. You will help enable institutions to custody their digital assets and participate in the crypto economy in a secure and safe way.

Responsibilities:

• Decompose monolithic Rails app into microservices.
• Articulate a long term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to define a tangible roadmap.
