Software Engineer

Ford is implementing SAP I-ERP program, which will improve productivity, reduce the size and complexity of Ford's technical footprint, emphasize differentiating capabilities, and to transform and standardize its business processes. This position will be part of the IERP API Enablement (Interface objects) and Enhancement product teams (Enhancements, Forms, Workflow, Reports) in the Enterprise Architecture – Foundational Products group and this team is responsible to provide API Enablement and Enhancements development services using ABAP programming and ODATA services.

+ Design and develop APIs to connect to SAP/Non-SAP using RFC, ALE/IDOCs, Output Programming using SAP Script, Smart forms, Adobe Forms.
+ Integration with Non-SAP systems using Web Services/Proxies/APIs.
+ Experience designing and maintaining Core Data Services (CDS) views and AMDP classes.
+ Enhancing SAP system using BADI’s, User exits, Customer exits and enhancement framework options
