• Own the process end‑to‑end—from idea through deployment
• Front‑end: TypeScript + Web Components (minimal frameworks)
• Ops: Docker, GitLab CI, Linux‑first
• Video: GStreamer, FFmpeg
• Storage: S3‑compatible object storage, Apache Iceberg (early stage)
• Data formats: JSON, CSV, Markdown, MCAP
