Software Engineer (IBM WebMethods)

• Develop, implement, and maintain IBM WebMethods integration solutions
• Design and build integration workflows between core insurance applications (policy, claims, billing, etc.)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing WebMethods processes to ensure reliable system performance
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other IT teams to understand integration requirements
• Support testing, deployment, and production monitoring of integration solutions
• Maintain documentation for technical processes, APIs, and system flows

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on IBM WebMethods
• Strong understanding of integration concepts : ESB, SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, and adapters
