Software Developer II Role Summary

We are seeking a Software Developer II (1–2 years of experience) with full‑stack responsibilities to support the delivery and evolution of enterprise‑grade digital products across mobile (Flutter), web (Svelte/SvelteKit), and backend services (Java, Node.js BFF/APIs). The successful candidate will contribute hands‑on to building secure, scalable applications, integrating with internal and external systems through REST (and occasionally SOAP) interfaces, and operating within established engineering standards. This role is execution‑focused and operates under guidance from senior engineers and architects, with strong emphasis on software quality, reliability, documentation, and adherence to enterprise governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance backend capabilities using Java (11/17+) frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) in line with team patterns, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
