Software Engineer in Test

**Location:** Milan, Italy - On-site presence required 4 days per week

Abbott is seeking a **Software Engineer in Test** to design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for our informatics products. You’ll work in an Agile Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role involves building and maintaining automation tools, performing test case analysis, and supporting product releases and audits.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Design and execute manual and automated tests for server, web, and cloud-based applications.
+ Develop test cases for black/white box testing and continuous integration.
+ Analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, and document findings.
+ Collaborate with developers, QA, and analysts to ensure test coverage and compliance.
+ Support audits and product re-certifications.
