Software Engineer

Job Description:

• Configure, enhance, and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules
• Implement WMS workflows for inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, replenishment, and inventory control
• Integrate WMS with automation equipment (ASRS, conveyors, AMR/AGV, sorters) via WCS/MCS
• Develop and maintain system interfaces (API, message-based, file-based communication)
• Handle transaction flow, equipment handshake, status monitoring, and exception handling
• Prepare and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization
• Troubleshoot production issues related to system integration, data inconsistency, and automation behavior
• Prepare technical documentation (interface specs, configuration guides, test cases)
• Work closely with automation engineers, vendors, and customer IT teams
