Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software solutions using the latest technologies and frameworks to address our clients' unique needs
Be at the forefront of solving complex technical challenges, and explore innovative ways to optimize and enhance our managed services offerings.
Providing technical support to clients including 24×7 support on rotational basis
Follow through the entire CI/CD process
Troubleshooting as first point of contact
Contribute to the design and development of customized solutions that directly impact our clients' success
Job Requirements
Candidates with more than 3 years' experience
Ability to interact and communicate effectively and openly with all levels of management, users and vendors.
Analytical with good problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting.
Willing and able to be on 24×7 support, weekly rotational basis
