Software Engineer

We are building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We are growing our engineering team and looking for a Software Engineer who wants to work across the stack, ship real features, and learn fast in a production environment. This role is hands-on and impact-driven. You will work on core product features, analytics surfaces, and backend systems that power workflow intelligence.

What you will do

• Build and ship product features across frontend ) and backend (Django) systems
• Implement APIs and backend logic that support analytics, reporting, and automation features
• Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and improve performance
• Build and maintain data-driven UI components, dashboards, and interactive views
