About the Role
We are hiring a Backend Engineer to take ownership of the core backend services powering LAAM's platform. You'll design APIs, architect scalable systems, and ensure backend performance and security. You will be expected to rigorously test and verify your work before release.
Responsibilities
Architect and build robust backend services, APIs, and integrations using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
Design scalable data models and work with PostgreSQL and other storage technologies.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable backend code.
Build and manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Proactively monitor and debug issues in production systems.
Own the QA of your features: from unit tests to staging validation.
Collaborate with the frontend team to build seamless APIs.
