Software Engineer (Product Platforms & Front-End Experience)

We are a founder-led Insurtech business building a suite of in-house, mission-critical platforms across insurance claims, legal case management, underwriting, and data-driven decision support.

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join our development team and help shape the next phase of our products. You will work on the design and development of user-facing applications, including dashboards, workflows, and internal tools, ensuring they are intuitive, performant, and scalable.

The role involves close collaboration with back-end engineers, AI and data specialists, and operational stakeholders to translate complex business processes into clear, usable software. You’ll have meaningful input into how our platforms evolve, contributing to architectural discussions, UX improvements, and the practical application of automation and AI across the business.
