This team is responsible for executing, establishing and monitoring quality across Pega’s largest engineering teams. We design and build robust test automation frameworks for both UI and APIs, leverage Generative AI to solve complex testing challenges, and influence teams to adopt best-in-class quality practices.

Our team also develops scalable, extensible, and GenAI-powered testing solutions tailored specifically to Pega’s platform and product needs.

**Core Technology Expertise**

+ Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java) OR Playwright with TypeScript
+ Pega Platform
+ Generative AI–driven testing
+ Security & access validation (authentication, authorization, role-based access)
+ API automation (manual and automated)
+ Performance testing using JMeter
