Your responsibilities

• Programming corrections, optimizations, and enhancements to our customers' existing systems
• Assisting the helpdesk team in troubleshooting operational issues with our customers' systems
• Coordination and communication within the team, with suppliers, third-party companies, and customers
• Short-term and planned assignments at customer sites
• Supporting and advising our customers in the event of malfunctions, optimizations, enhancements, and upgrades
