Software Engineer

As a unified communications for enterprise and contact centre telecommunications, the Software Engineer is responsible for all technical requirements during project implementation. This involves scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and management to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

• Research, design, implement and manage software programs
• Develop applications for contact centres.
• Identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently develop these modifications
• Write and implement efficient code
• Determine operational practicality
• Install and maintain Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions in networking and contact centre settings
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems
• Train users
• Support network infrastructure, daily system operation checks, schedule backups and preventive maintenance.
