Location: Turku, Finland. On-site role reporting to the Senior Manager, IT & Automation in the Operations Engineering department.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and create new digital tools with internal customers
• Collaborate with local teams and the global IT community
• Maintain existing tools and develop monitoring solutions
• Improve software development and testing processes
• Expand role based on interests and competence

Essential Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Sciences
• 3+ years of developer / IT experience in an industrial setting, preferably in a regulated business
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipeline management, code versioning, software testing, and technical documentation
• Excellent written and spoken Finnish; excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and C#
