**Software Engineering Lead Analyst**

Position Overview

As a Software Engineering Lead Analyst - Pega, you will design, develop, and test Pega PRPC solutions supporting healthcare business processes. You will collaborate with architects and business analysts to deliver high-quality Pega applications, ensuring adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices across Evernorth’s technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

+ Design and develop Pega applications using Pega 8.x platform.

+ Implement case management workflows, business rules, and decision strategies.

+ Build integration layers using Pega connectors, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).

+ Create and maintain data models and class structures following Pega best practices.

+ Develop user interfaces using Pega DX API and Constellation framework.

+ Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing cycles.
