Job Summary:



Mercury Systems is seeking a Software Engineer to lead a collaborative engineering team focused on designing, developing, integrating, and testing software solutions for embedded and enterprise systems. This role offers hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.



Job Responsibilities:




+ Lead software development team in task planning and status.


+ Manages large projects or processes

+ Limited oversight from manager

+ Coaches, reviews, and delegates work for lower-level professionals

+ Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures


+ Define software development plan, define software test plan, and design software architecture.

+ Mange software configuration items and formally release software.
