Role Overview

An exciting leadership opportunity for a growing SaaS business. The Software Engineering Manager / Software Development Manager will manage a growing ‘Tech for good’ product team developing products for a range of customers in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead software developers and improve delivery across the full SDLC.
• Drive agile and modern software best practice from the top down.
• Manage the team, fostering collaboration and driving innovation (using AI or similar).

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a team management role.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex software solutions in time-sensitive environments.
• Experience implementing modern software engineering processes: Agile, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, unit testing.
• Strong knowledge of IT / cyber security (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials or similar).
