Job Responsibilities
Become a team manager for 6 team members addressing their personal and professional needs as well as participate and lead design efforts related to the solution alongside tech leads and architects.
Recruit and build a self-organizing agile team as well as implement career development and personal growth plans and enhance the team members' technical proficiency level and soft skills.
