Software Governance & Quality Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Software Governance & Quality Specialist to define and drive initiatives to improve software quality in collaboration with the R&D product lines. In this role, you will ensure that product quality specifications align with corporate and customer standards, while shaping QA/QC policies that support world‑class development practices. You will work independently with limited supervision, coach junior team members, and solve complex problems that impact multiple product lines. This is a full‑time position based in Krakow, Poland , with the mission to ensure software quality throughout the entire development lifecycle – from requirements and design, through implementation, verification, and validation.
