Software Implementation Graduate- Konsise
Job Title and Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT or Finance graduate to support our implementation and support teams, helping to deliver the successful deployment of our tax management software to clients across a range of industries.
Reporting to: Head of Services
Management level of role: This is not a management role
Working environment & travel: Remote role. Your own fibre connection will be required. Exceptionally busy, team-orientated environment. This role could require some travel into the office when required.
Working hours: 07h30 to 16h00 or 08h00 to 16h30 (Remote)
Purpose of this role:
The role has a two-fold purpose. To assist on support tickets and ad-hoc post implementation requests to ensure customer queries are handled timeously and with precision.
