Software Manager

As a Software Manager, you will be working with a team of engineers to deliver new technologies to customers by developing high quality effective software features that will be included in handler software release.

You will play an important role in:

• Manage team's communication related to critical topics (e.g. escalation, complex specifications and design review) and drive the actions with the team to achieve the requirements.
• To ensure close loop communication with Software Quality team.
• Manage the software team towards quality and efficiency.
• To communicate with customer on software issues and follow up as necessary.
• To ensure team establish realistic timeline estimations for tasks and at the same time ensuring they still remain on target to meet deadlines.
