Your new role 
Governance and Oversight: Ensure overall governance of Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining the Testing Operating Model across projects and meeting project timelines.
Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement test strategies, manage QA resource allocation, estimate QA and UAT efforts, and create detailed test plans, including test matrices and cycle planning.
