Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Manager.

✔ Strong leadership, process improvement, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Required Certifications: ISTQB Test Manager & ISTQB Foundation Level.

✔ Conduct performance evaluations, mentoring, and succession planning.
