Software Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:-

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and/or automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Execute different types of testing, including: Functional testing, Regression testing, Integration testing, System testing, Performance & load testing and UAT support testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, TFS).
• Validate bug fixes, retest resolved issues, and ensure quality before deployment.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to clarify requirements and improve product quality.
• Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and documentation for releases.
• Participate in sprint meetings (Agile/Scrum) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure that testing standards and QA best practices are followed.
