Software Quality Assurance Engineer

The Quality Assurance Engineer is a key member of an Agile product development team, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions for internal and external clients. This role focuses on designing, executing, and automating tests to validate functionality, performance, and reliability while advocating quality across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality acceptance and test cases based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and quality standards
Execute and maintain automated UI tests, review failed test cases, and support continuous testing practices
Collaborate with Scrum team members to identify appropriate test coverage and automation opportunities per sprint
Advocate for quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle
Champion quality best practices within the Scrum team and contribute to QA knowledge-sharing initiatives
