Software Quality Assurance

Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create test plans and test cases.

Perform manual and/or automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.

Execute different types of testing, including: Functional testing, Regression testing, Integration testing, System testing, Performance & load testing and UAT support testing.

Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, TFS).

Validate bug fixes, retest resolved issues, and ensure quality before deployment.

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to clarify requirements and improve product quality.

Prepare test reports , quality metrics, and documentation for releases.

Participate in sprint meetings (Agile/Scrum) and contribute to continuous improvement.

Ensure that testing standards and QA best practices are followed.
