Responsibilities

• Review Requirements documents and Mock-ups
• Collaborate with Business Product Managers to define acceptance criteria
• Create Test Plan and ensure that all scope has been covered
• Creation of test cases and ensuring that all scope defined in Test Plan has been covered
• Facilitate Test Plan walkthrough
• Prepare Timeline estimation and Perform Test execution using different type of Testing
• Report defects and help developers in investigation by checking of logs and Portal
• Ensures smooth, timely and impactful executions, continuous improvement in product management ways of working; ownership of the whole UAT process from planning, execution to sign-off
• Work with directly with ShopeePay Business Product Managers, different Business Units within Shopee Group, Regional Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements, build test scripts and resolution of bugs / glitches
