Software Quality Engineer I

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and application systems.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using Tosca and Selenium.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Review requirements and test scenarios to ensure coverage and testability.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and release readiness activities.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including a valid Tosca certification.
• Experience using Selenium for test automation.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
