Job Title: Software Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries
• Qualify leads and manage sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls with clients
• Understand client business & technical requirements
• Present AI and custom software solutions
• Prepare and explain proposals and pricing
• Negotiate and close deals
• Maintain long-term client relationships

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in B2B software / IT services sales
• Experience selling custom software or AI solutions
• Good understanding of software development concepts
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with Upwork / freelance platforms is a plus

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree (BSCS / AI or relevant field preferred)
